Rita is a consultant in the Learning & Development area of Alliant Energy.  Her background includes technical training, account development, employee orientation and employee development.  In her role as a Learning & Development consultant, her responsibilities focus on employment development in the key areas of compliance and the organization’s core values.  Rita’s interests include reading and water aerobics.
