Project management alumnus D. W. (Bill) Haskins is the  coordinator of UW-Platteville's Master of Science in Project Management program.

Haskins is a 2003 graduate of the UW-Platteville online project management program. He received a BA degree in 1981 from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, MN, and completed graduate work at the University of St Thomas in St Paul, MN. His areas of interest include human resources, international/culture issues related to project management, and small business topics.

Haskins' has been a small business owner in Wisconsin and has worked in the truck tank and petroleum industries in Minneapolis and Kansas City. His project management credits include retail building, petroleum remediation, business acquisition, and fleet management. From 2001 to 2003, he worked for UWP's International Business Resource Center, also as a project manager, managing international study tours and faculty development initiatives. Haskins is currently a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
