Individual Cancellations
The chapter is charged for all reserved seats. Each event will identify a deadline for refunds in order to accomodate the chapter's need to commit the needed reserved seats to the event facility. Substitutions are accepted. If you cannot attend and do not find a substitute, you will be billed for the registration fee.
Hazardous Weather
If there is a potential for hazardous weather on the day of a PMI Chapter meeting (predicted snowfall prior to 6:00 pm) and a participant does not wish to risk travel, the participant must cancel with the President, Past President, or Finance Director no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. See the Board listing for contact information.Those who cancel before the 12:00 noon deadline will receive a $10 discount toward a future registration. Participants who did not prepay their registration fees but cancel by 12:00 Noon are still responsible for full cost of the meeting but would receive the $10 future-meeting discount mentioned above.
Participants who do not cancel by 12:00 Noon are responsible for the full registration amount and will not receive the $10 discount.
If the Board cancels a monthly chapter meeting due to bad weather or other reasons, registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled meeting. If no reschedule is made, the fees will then be applied to a future meeting. Lastly, if no reschedule is made and the participant does not wish to attend future meetings, the fee will be refunded to the individual or company that originated payment.
